The Real Estate course is designed to prepare students for taking the Utah real estate agent test to become a licensed real estate agent. Utah Law requires that students complete a 120-hour educational course before they take the Utah real estate licensing exam. This state test has a passing requirement of 70% and an 18 year old age requirement plus G.E.D. The course consists of 55 two-hour modules and can be scheduled at anytime so as to complete the full 120 hours of the course. The full course is scheduled to repeat every six weeks and review tests are included with a final school exam that must be passed with a grade of 75%.
